Regional Operations & Costing Manager

Aboitiz Foods is strengthening our regional excellence in feed milling and manufacturing — and we’re looking for a high-calibre Regional Operations & Costing Manager to help us transform how we measure, optimise, and elevate performance across Asia.

If you are experienced in cost accounting, operations optimisation, industrial performance, and financial control — this is a high-impact regional role where your insights truly shape business outcomes.

What You Will Lead

Operational & Financial Performance Management

• Analyse operations using key KPIs (OEE, kWh/ton, yield, ROE, line efficiency, waste, etc.)
• Identify inefficiencies (“muda”) and co-execute action plans with mill teams.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on cost deviations, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Cost Accounting & Costing Model Ownership

• Build robust costing models (ABC, Standard Costing, Absorption, Job Order, Process Costing).
• Streamline cost allocation, overhead absorption, and manufacturing cost structures.
• Drive variance reporting across multiple mills and multiple countries.

Reporting, Insights & Decision Support

• Produce monthly operations and financial dashboards (mill, country, regional).
• Provide profitability insights for products, projects, investments, and CAPEX/OPEX.
• Support strategic decision-making for senior leadership.
   

Budgeting & Forecasting (Manufacturing)

• Lead manufacturing cost forecasting across the region.
• Integrate improvement initiatives (Excellence Program) into future cost plans.
• Validate cost assumptions, simulate scenarios, and improve cost visibility.
• Digitalization, Internal Controls & Compliance
• Strengthen internal control processes for costing, inventory, and data accuracy.
• Work across systems such as M3, SAP, SCADA to enhance data integrity and reporting flow.
• Support ongoing digital transformation in operations and finance.
