HR Talent Attraction Specialist (Farms)

Job Overview

The Talent Attraction (TA) Specialist ensures an adequate pipeline of candidates for existing staff to manager level vacancies by facilitating end-to-end recruitment operations. The TA Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of workforce attraction, talent sourcing,  and recruitment-related activities.

Talent Attraction Strategies

  • Create effective attraction strategies and measure the effectiveness 
  • Design and plan recruiting events and campaigns
  • Track, measure, and report on recruitment events campaign results

Attract

  • Implement the recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
  • Execute operational plans to support the delivery of the talent attraction strategy
  • Create and manage internal and external talent pool
  • Continually look to introduce innovation in talent attraction techniques to support the evolving needs of the organization
  • Utilize social media as part of the overall talent attraction journey
  • Help in planning and implementing attraction programs using various interventions

Hire

  • Lead the day-to-day recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate journey
  • Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance on the end to end talent attraction process
  • Develop and manage a high-touch end-to-end candidate experience journey
  • Coach, advise and provide guidance to HR Partners and hiring managers on talent attraction best practice
  • Establish and maintain the department filing system, employee personnel files, and recruitment files
  • Monitor the referral program
  • Assist in the process improvement, such as in updating existing recruitment policies and procedures
  • Monitor Hiring For Tomorrow programs
  • Audit monthly new updates and memos
  • Management of employee records
  • Provide excellent people experience service to candidates and hiring managers

Vendor Management

  • Manage all external recruitment partner relationships acting as a focal point within the organisation
  • Monitor performance through regular supplier feedback sessions
  • Track the use of the recruitment agencies and associated spend

Food Safety

  • Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.
  • Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.

Other Tasks

  • Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility,  risk management etc. 
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
