Project Engineer (Pooling)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Engineer to join our team in Iligan City, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing engineering projects from conception through completion. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, design drawings, and progress reports
• Analyze project requirements and identify potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolve technical issues
• Monitor project performance metrics and conduct regular quality assurance reviews to maintain compliance with industry standards
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and resource allocation plans for assigned projects
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to verify project specifications and workmanship
• Maintain organized project files and databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and accessibility of project information
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed
