We’re looking for a Business Development Partner who thrives on the chase — someone with a hunter mindset who’s motivated by growth, thrives on autonomy, and is ready to disrupt an industry that’s long overdue for a shake-up.
What You’ll Do
Own the hunt: Identify, engage, and convert startups and scaling businesses that need a smarter way to hire.
Create opportunities: Build and execute bold outreach strategies — personalized campaigns, creative pitches, partnerships, and events that get attention.
Collaborate to close: Work closely with our marketing and delivery teams to turn leads into long-term partnerships.
Be the face of Pivot + Edge: Represent us at industry events, founder meetups, and ecosystem gatherings across Ontario (occasional travel + evening events expected).
Think like a founder: Bring ideas, test strategies, and iterate fast. You’ll have the freedom to experiment and the support to make it happen.
