During the hiring process, you’ll have a chance to interact with several members of our team. We strongly encourage you to bring any questions to anybody you interact with. You’re interviewing us as much as we’re interviewing you.

  • Step two: Technical Interview (via Zoom) You’ll have a deeper, role-focused discussion with our VP of Finance and Financial Controller. Together, you’ll explore your technical strengths, problem-solving approach, and how you would contribute to our finance operations.
  • Step three: Initial Team Conversation (via Zoom) Meet with a few members of our team for a welcoming conversation where we get to know your background, your experience, and what you’re looking for in your next role. This is also a great opportunity to learn more about Planning Center and the work we do.
  • Step four: Final Interview with our Financial Controller (via Zoom) This final conversation is designed to dig a bit deeper into how you work, your priorities, and how you’d partner with the team in your day-to-day role. It’s also a chance to ask any remaining questions so you can feel confident about the potential fit.
  • Step five : If all goes well, we'll extend an offer

We’re beginning interviews right away, but the person hired for this role will start in January 2026. This timeline gives both you and our team space for a thoughtful transition.
