• Take ownership of certification activities for the casino product
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA engineers to ensure all regulatory requirements are fully met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing certification-related questions from the field
• Coordinate with the finance department to process certification orders in the system
