Your influential mission. You will... 

• Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits.
• Check transactions and generate different reports.
• Handle chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery.
• Perform due diligence (CDD/EDD) investigation process to determine the source of funds.
• Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns, verifications, follow-up, etc.
• Help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities.
• Investigate different fraud patterns.
