About the Role:
Join Plenti's lending team as a Verifications Officer and be the gatekeeper of accuracy, compliance, and risk management. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every loan is secure and seamless, working closely with broker partners and internal teams to keep processes smooth, efficient, and customer-focused. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify applicant documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with AML/CTF, KYC, and company policies
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively, keeping the lending process smooth
  • Communicate directly with broker partners and internal stakeholders, finding solutions before issues escalate
  • Verify payments, assets, encumbrances, and complete identity checks for personal loans
  • Manage dealership verification and accreditation processes
  • Meet daily activity targets and team SLA requirements
  • Champion all products through settlement, including auto and renewable applications
  • Make autonomous risk decisions where appropriate to keep processes seamless yet compliant

You communicate clearly, make smart decisions, and take ownership of your work—bringing energy, focus, and a get-it-done mindset every day.

Key Experience:

  • Proven experience in administration and customer service in a fast-paced environment; experience in financial services or automotive is a plus but not essential
  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and manage risk effectively
  • Knowledge of AML/CTF and KYC obligations is desirable but not essential
