The luxury brands at PMC, Robb Report, Art Media, and Artforum, are hiring a highly motivated Operations & Planning Manager to join our dynamic team of forward-thinking marketers. In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, the Operations & Planning Manager will develop strategic digital campaigns, manage inventory and bookings, and support both pre-sale and post-sale initiatives. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Ad Operations, and Revenue Operations to deliver thoughtful, data-informed media strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results. This position blends strategic thinking, campaign execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic, data-informed digital media plans and RFP responses aligned with client objectives and budgets, delivering innovative recommendations that balance creativity and performance in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing
- Oversee campaign execution from booking through delivery, including inventory management, media plan accuracy, pacing oversight, and budget reconciliation in partnership with Ad Operations and Finance.
- Present campaign strategy and performance insights in internal and client-facing meetings, contributing analysis and reporting materials that support client retention and revenue growth.
- Serve as a resource on advertising products and sponsorship opportunities across all brands
- Support the development of new digital products and growth revenue initiatives across Robb Report, Art Media, and Artforum
Requirements:
- Team first attitude
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Solution- and outcome-oriented approach 2-4+ years of media planning or related business experience, preferably with an agency or publisher
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, PIO, ClickUp and Jira, a plus
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
A good faith estimate of the salary range is $75k – $85k upon hire + bonus. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.
