About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Manager Regional Segments to lead our regional squad and drive business growth through targeted strategies and segment-specific execution. This role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and deep regional market insight to enhance commercial performance and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Develop and implement region-specific business strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Business Support Managers, Regional Directors, Commercial Planning, Pricing, Brands, CVM, Technology, and Business Analytics teams.
- Market Insight: Monitor regional trends and competition to identify opportunities and proactively adapt.
- Segment Management: Define and analyze target customer segments; use insights to shape commercial plans.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate on personalized, high-impact regional marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Product Customization: Work with product teams to adapt offerings based on regional segment needs.
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Regional Segments?
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and drive data-backed decision-making. Hands on Experience on Python/R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Think-Cell etc. will be an advantage
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales, and marketing strategy.
- Agility & Innovation: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional squads and drive collective results.
