Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst (4–6 years) who can transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights that drive strategy and growth. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with data, skilled in advanced analytics, and able to influence decision-making through clear communication and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Preparation: Collect, clean, validate, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Analytics & Insight Generation: Conduct deep-dive analysis, trend identification, and forecasting to uncover actionable insights that impact business outcomes.

• Dashboarding & Reporting: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, providing real-time visibility to stakeholders.

• Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis to support business cases and problem-solving.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, product teams, and operations to define KPIs, measure performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Advanced Analytics Support: Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists on advanced use cases such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and automation.

• Data Evangelism: Promote a data-first culture by presenting insights in a clear, visual, and compelling way that engages both technical and non-technical audiences.
