Polygon Technology is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in client acquisition and business growth, and an existing network or client base that can be leveraged to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and convert high-potential leads into active clients through both virtual outreach and physical client visits.
Leverage existing professional network and client relationships to drive immediate business opportunities.
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote company services and build long-term partnerships.
Lead end-to-end business development activities from lead generation, proposal submission, and negotiation to onboarding and after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, delivery) to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
Prepare strategic business plans and accurate sales forecasts to support company growth goals.
Produce high-quality documentation including proposals, MoUs, and client communication materials.
