Job Overview

Polygon Technology is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in client acquisition and business growth, and an existing network or client base that can be leveraged to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert high-potential leads into active clients through both virtual outreach and physical client visits.

  • Leverage existing professional network and client relationships to drive immediate business opportunities.

  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote company services and build long-term partnerships.

  • Lead end-to-end business development activities from lead generation, proposal submission, and negotiation to onboarding and after-sales support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, delivery) to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and client needs.

  • Prepare strategic business plans and accurate sales forecasts to support company growth goals.

  • Produce high-quality documentation including proposals, MoUs, and client communication materials.
