Job Overview

We are looking for a creative Product Designer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our product and engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user friendly digital products and turning ideas into clean, modern interfaces. You will work closely with cross functional teams to design and deliver high quality user experiences for real world web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

User Research and Discovery: Conduct basic user research through discussions, feedback sessions, and simple surveys to understand user needs, pain points, and business goals.

UX and Interaction Design: Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interaction concepts that clearly communicate how users will move through the product.

UI and Visual Design: Design clean, modern, and consistent user interfaces with a strong focus on layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy for web and mobile.

Prototyping and Testing: Build low to high fidelity prototypes using design tools, validate ideas with stakeholders or users, and refine designs based on feedback.

Design Systems and Components: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of reusable components, styles, and patterns to keep the product visually consistent and easy to scale.

Handover and Collaboration: Prepare design specifications, assets, and documentation, and work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of the designs.

Quality Review and Iteration: Review developed features against design, log UI UX issues, and support continuous improvement of the overall user experience.

Collaboration and Delivery: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, plan work, and deliver design outputs on time.
