Job Overview

Polygon Technology is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager with 4+ years of relevant experience to manage and strengthen our Human Resources and People Operations functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, HR policies, and employee engagement, preferably within an IT, technology, or fast-paced corporate environment.

The HR Manager will work closely with management and department heads to build effective people practices, improve employee experience, support organizational growth, and maintain a positive, accountable, and performance-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, leave, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee separation.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, SOPs, and organizational guidelines.
  • Lead recruitment and workforce planning activities in collaboration with department heads and management.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
  • Develop and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, and turnover and implement initiatives to improve employee experience.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally and fairly.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Management to ensure accurate and timely payroll and compensation processes.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, workforce analytics, and management reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Bangladesh Labor Law, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Support manpower planning, organizational structure, job grading, compensation reviews, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement, learning and development, culture-building activities, and organizational events.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify people-related challenges and recommend practical HR solutions.
  • Promote a professional, inclusive, accountable, and high-performance workplace culture.
