Hourly + tips (earning potential of $40+/hr)

What you'll do

• Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide accurate wait times.
• Monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas, while explaining PopStroke mobile ordering concept.
• Maintain a clean host area and answer incoming calls and address guests' queries.
• Assist with ensuring the cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming areas and restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms.
• Assist the F&B staff as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue, pricing, menu and other information in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain the Host area fully stocked and clean.
• Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous host experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Previous guest service experience.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.
