Lead Dental Nurse

• Full-time hours available, 41 hours per week over 5 days 
• Competitive hourly rate from £14.50ph 
• Typical working days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & every other Saturday
• Leading a team of  nurses to ensure we deliver the best levels of patient care, in a safe, compliant environment 
• Close-knit, established team, delivering dental care for the best patients in Tunbridge Wells! 

This pivotal role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on dental nursing and reception duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and delivery of exceptional patient care. You’ll lead a team of  nurses to deliver the highest standards of patient care in a safe and compliant environment. 

About you 

We’d love to receive your application to our Lead Dental Nurse vacancy if you have the following skills and experience: 

• A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration 
• Previous experience in a similar lead or senior dental nurse role 
• A caring and empathetic approach, with strong communication and leadership skills 
• A team player who thrives on supporting others and delivering excellent patient care
