Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, customer service oriented Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at A J Moore and Associates dental practice in Long Eton.  

• Part time hours over 3 days
• Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Competitive hourly rate: £12.50 per hour
• Free parking on site

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our surgery. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Handle patient enquiries via telephone, email, and in person 
• Process patient payments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with general administrative tasks
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care 
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and confidentiality policies

About you 

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience: 

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have) 
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised 
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
