Orthodontic Therapist

We have a new opportunity available for an Orthodontic Therapist to join us at Portman Smile Clinic St Austell / Portman Smile Clinic Truro.

Our practices are specialist orthodontic clinics based in Cornwall, both with a mixed patient base of NHS and Private.

We are now seeking Orthodontic Therapist support across a number of days where we can offer; multiple days to just one person, or break this down into multiple offers/hires.

We can offer

• 4 days per week available
• We can consider any day of the week, including Saturdays
• A fixed term contract for a period of 12 months
• You would be supporting fantastic specialists, Dr Nick Wenger and Dr Natalie Read
• The role will be a mixture of prescription and supervision but we have specialists in clinic each day so support is always on hand
• Intra-oral Trios Scanner, OPG and the support of skilled Nurses who run records clinics
• The practices runs efficiently and to a high standard with excellent patient care, over 90% of our patients would recommend us to their friends and family

Criteria/ Essential requirements:

This is the ideal opportunity for a GDC registered Orthodontic Therapist looking to support our patients within our fabulous specialist environment. Whether you have 1 day available, or all 4 days please do get in touch to discuss.

We can also consider a Dentist who is wanting to work as an orthodontic therapist.
