We are looking for a IT Helpdesk professional to join our team in Cascais (Lisboa), on-site, for a multinational company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support
- Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and remote support tools.
- Intermediate English level
