Senior Technical Architect
Job Overview
Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an experienced Senior Technical Architect on behalf of our reputed client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and technical development of architectural projects from concept to execution.
- Prepare and review technical submittals, drawings, and specifications in line with project requirements.
- Develop landscape design concepts and integrate them effectively within the architectural framework.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy, functionality, and compliance with standards.
- Present design concepts and project updates using PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
- Ensure that all architectural designs align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience, including at least 6 years in a specialty field.
- Proven expertise in preparing technical submittals and detailed design documentation.
- Hands-on experience in landscape design and architectural detailing.
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks will be an advantage.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills are essential.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
