Premium Solutions Consultancy – Qatar is assisting a reputed client in Bahrain to hire qualified Recruiters to join their HR team. We are looking for professionals with experience in talent sourcing and onboarding, who can manage end-to-end recruitment operations efficiently.
Open Roles:
1️⃣ Recruiters – Sourcing Specialists (2 Vacancies)
🔹 Responsible for identifying, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple roles and industries.
🔹 Manage job postings, database searches, and social media sourcing.
🔹 Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
2️⃣ Recruiters – Onboarding Specialists (2 Vacancies)
🔹 Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
🔹 Coordinate with HR, payroll, and admin teams to ensure smooth joining formalities.
🔹 Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation, offers, and employee records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- locally available in Bahrain (preferred).
