Position: Technical Manager – Construction

Premium Solutions Consultancy is supporting a prestigious client in Saudi Arabia to hire an experienced Technical Manager for their office operations in Egypt. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong experience in construction project management, technical leadership, and engineering oversight.

• Location: Egypt (Client HQ in KSA)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 15+ years in the construction industry

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage the technical team across multiple construction projects.
• Oversee technical studies, project designs, engineering reviews, and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and client requirements.
• Provide technical solutions to challenges during design, planning, and execution phases.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Review and approve construction drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and method statements.
• Support tendering activities, including technical evaluation and proposal development.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance and control procedures across all project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong expertise in engineering supervision, technical documentation, and construction project coordination.
• Proven experience working on large-scale civil/construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and oversee technical operations.
