Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the beverage industry, preferably with a focus on soft drinks.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and conduct market visits.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
