Rigging Foreman

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking an experienced Rigging Foreman for a client’s large-scale project in Qatar.

Position: Rigging Foreman

Location: Qatar

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate rigging crews during lifting, moving, and positioning of heavy loads.
• Review and interpret lifting plans, load charts, and drawings.
• Inspect rigging gear, slings, and shackles for certification and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with crane operators, signalmen, and site engineers to ensure safe lifting operations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure worksite safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain daily records of rigging activities, crew performance, and incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in rigging operations within construction or oil & gas.
• Valid Rigger Foreman / Supervisor certification.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cranes, load calculation, and lifting gear.
• Familiar with ADNOC/ARAMCO/QP lifting standards (advantage).
• GCC project experience preferred.
