Job Overview

You will be working for a US-based technology company with the leading in Software, Web and mobile app development for businesses in North America helping our independent retailers adopt and embrace this new key component of their digital marketing solution. The role will provide product expertise and best practices consultation to ensure our retailers are getting the maximum value from the product. In addition, this role will be instrumental in soliciting in-market feedback from retailers to help the product development roadmap.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Discuss strategies with clients based on marketing and promotional activities that drive
    consumers to shop online and/or in-store.

  • Manage client expectations and oversee website changes to keep client’s websites in line
    with their overall business strategy.

  • Communicate routinely and in a timely manner with clients including responses to
    emails, phone calls, voicemails, and meeting coordination.

  • Participate in and lead webinars/conf calls with clients and field reps as needed.

  • Help determine promotional content and coordinate website/digital changes as needed

  • Conduct monthly website reviews with clients and track progress on the priorities you
    establish together.

  • Train and assist our clients on how to use our products and tools we offer to ensure they
    are aware of all the ways we can help their business

  • Manage requests to resolve website technical and escalating issues to appropriate
    departments.
