We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager in Skopje to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible to attain revenue targets through a winning strategy development plan with positive outcomes for customers, partners, our employees and our business based on technology solutions. You will bring search knowledge, market intelligence, sales experience, customer focus, passion for technology & best-practice sharing, and a proven track record for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Develops sales and account plans for Company’s solutions and services in N.Macedonia market
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new market niches
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs ·
  • Coordinates development and execution of action plans with the pre-sales team, with a focus on generating new business
  • Maintains a sustainable sales process from leads to closing with strong management of variances and initiating respective corrective actions
  • Provides information and ensures timely forecasting and business intelligence in terms of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Sustains report with key accounts and partners to optimize Company’s best positioning and to achieve excellent after-sales support
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Reports to Country Lead and works in close cooperation with Regional and Group management

Requirements

  • BSc Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Marketing or relevant field
  • MBA will be considered a strong asset
  • 10 years overall direct experience in account management or solutions sales roles, preferably in Information Technology, Financial Services or Telecommunications Sector
  • 5+ years proven work experience in a consultative sales position
  • Analytical thinker with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into feasible, valuable solutions
  • Business acumen dedicated to meet expectations and requirements of clients
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills, problem solving & analytical skills
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, ability to work in international, multi-cultural environment
