Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Product Manager with a strong background in government contracting and SaaS environments. In this crucial role, you will lead the strategic direction and development of our AI-driven platform, focusing on enhancing our offerings within the government contracting sector. Your expertise in Request for Proposals (RFPs), agile methodologies, and product planning tools will be instrumental in driving our product to new heights. Collaborating with our AI research team, you will also play a key role in integrating the latest AI technologies into our solutions, ensuring we continue to offer unparalleled value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and market needs.
Utilize deep understanding of government contracting processes, including RFPs, to tailor our platform’s offerings to the unique needs of this sector.
Work closely with the AI research team to identify and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our products, maintaining our competitive advantage.
Employ agile methodologies and tools like Jira to manage the product development lifecycle efficiently, from conception to launch.
Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, translating them into actionable product enhancements.
Prioritize product features and roadmap items based on impact, aligning resources to deliver high-value updates promptly.
Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product rollouts and adoption.
Required Experience:
5+ years with a proven track record as a Product Manager in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization, ideally within the government contracting space.
Strong familiarity with government contracting processes, especially RFPs.
Proficient in agile methodologies and tools like Jira for product planning and execution.
Demonstrated ability to work with AI technologies and collaborate with technical teams to drive innovation.
Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Desired Experience:

Knowledge of the latest trends in AI and machine learning, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
Requirements:
