What will you do?

  • Proactively identify, approach, and attract top (tech) talent through LinkedIn and targeted sourcing strategies, as well as by attending job fairs, networking events, leveraging referrals, ...

  • Build, maintain, and continuously grow a strong pipeline of candidates for both current and future roles

  • Conduct interviews via phone, Teams, and in person, creating a positive candidate experience throughout

  • Assess and qualify candidates based on interviews, CV reviews, ...

  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the hiring process

  • Collaborate closely with your sales colleagues and hiring managers at our partners to understand role requirements and hiring needs

  • Manage recruitment administration and keep candidate data accurate and up to date

  • Contribute to improving hiring processes, employer branding, and sourcing approaches
