What will you do?

You will help shape and deliver the future of large-scale transformation programs by structuring delivery, aligning teams, and enabling agile execution. By creating roadmaps, adequate resource planning, and financial oversight, you’ll empower organizations to turn strategy into impact - ensuring initiatives run smoothly, stay on track, and deliver real value.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Guide the development and management of comprehensive project plans

  • Collaborate with clients to scope, analyse, and define both business and technical requirements

  • Contribute to robust program governance and stakeholder management

  • Oversee project delivery for IT, encompassing monitoring, reporting, and adapting an agile way of working (e.g., quarterly planning, sprint cadences, scrum-of-scrums)

  • Coordinate contributions from various teams in an end-to-end delivery setting

  • Handle capacity planning and resource management effectively

  • Assist with financial management, including budget oversight and business case development

  • Develop high-quality reports and presentations to communicate progress and results clearly
