Business Analyst Cards

As Business Analyst Cards, you will play a vital role in driving strategic Cards Projects. Your work will be central in ensuring the successful delivery of an end-to-end value proposition for consumer and business cards, supporting international and domestic schemes in issuing and acquiring and EPI.

What will you do?

Your responsibilities will include:

·       Translate business needs into clear specifications for innovative card solutions.

·       Analyze existing banking processes to optimize card-related systems and operations.

·       Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective delivery of card product enhancements.

·       Lead testing and UAT to validate new card features and systems.

·       Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and build consensus for card initiatives.

·       Bridge communication between business and technology on card project scope and risks.

·       Support the adoption of new card systems, providing training and ongoing assistance.

·       Create comprehensive business documentation and reports.
