Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Mid/Senior Sales Executive to play a key role in driving global expansion. You’ll combine strong commercial instincts with a data-driven mindset, comfortable both closing deals and building scalable systems that make sales more predictable and effective.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, sales technology, and execution, leveraging CRM tools, automation, and digital outreach to accelerate growth and visibility across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Pipeline Development
Build and manage a structured, data-driven B2B sales pipeline across the maritime and healthcare industries.
Identify, engage, and convert new prospects through multi-channel outreach.
Nurture and grow existing accounts through relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling.
Sales System & Technology Enablement
Lead the setup and optimization of a CRM-based sales engine (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
Integrate digital tools (LinkedIn, website analytics, email automation, content marketing) into one cohesive system.
Define and monitor clear qualification criteria (MQL/SQL) and maintain transparent reporting standards.
Partner closely with marketing to align campaigns, ideal customer profiles, and messaging.
Collaboration & Leadership
Lead sales and business development initiatives in close coordination with the leadership team.
Translate business strategy into measurable sales activities and outcomes.
Provide input to refine go-to-market approaches and value propositions.
