What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior SDR, you’ll play a vital role in generating new business opportunities and building meaningful connections with decision-makers at enterprise-level companies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Researching and identifying high-potential clients across key industries
Conducting outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualifying leads to ensure alignment with the company’s products and services
Nurturing relationships with key prospects and booking qualified meetings for account executives
Maintaining detailed records and activity tracking in the CRM system
Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
Continuously learning about enterprise technology, digital transformation, and B2B sales best practices
