Salary: R20,000 – R24,000 per month

Role Overview

We’re looking for a bright, ambitious, and highly motivated Junior Finance Associate to kick-start their career in accounting and finance. You will gain hands-on exposure to international accounting, multi-entity bookkeeping, and financial reporting, while developing the skills needed to fast-track your career. This is a role for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in finance and accelerate their career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping for multiple international entities, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing.

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Help ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Collaborate with internal teams, external auditors, and tax advisors as needed.

• Learn to monitor and improve financial processes and internal controls.

• Apply curiosity, initiative, and a strong work ethic to take on more responsibility as you grow.
