Role Overview
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead and own the company’s sales function. You will combine strategic thinking, commercial execution, and process-building skills to drive growth and scale operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role, you will not just manage deals but build the systems, pipelines, and processes that make the company’s sales engine predictable, scalable, and high-performing.
Candidates with maritime or healthcare experience, including in sales-adjacent roles such as operations, business development, or marketing, are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
Build, manage, and optimize a structured B2B sales pipeline targeting maritime and healthcare clients.
Design scalable sales systems and processes (pipeline management, lead tracking, CRM, reporting).
Monitor performance through data-driven reporting and adapt strategy based on market feedback.
Drive revenue growth and expand the company’s commercial footprint globally, with ambitious targets.
Represent the company at key events, conferences, and client meetings.
Identify, engage, and convert new prospects through multi-channel outreach.
Nurture and grow existing accounts through relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling.
Sales System & Technology Enablement
Lead the design and implementation of a CRM-based sales engine (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
Integrate digital tools such as LinkedIn, email automation, analytics, and marketing campaigns into cohesive systems.
Define qualification criteria (MQL/SQL), monitor KPIs, and maintain transparent reporting standards.
Collaboration & Strategic Input
Work closely with leadership to translate business strategy into measurable sales activities and outcomes.
