Lead your own projects within a small, highly skilled development team
Drive the full product lifecycle: idea, design, prototyping, execution, deployment
Build and maintain highly available, scalable services
Contribute across backend, frontend, architecture, and infrastructure
Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and improve team velocity
