About the Role:

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to support commercial growth. You will manage outbound campaigns across calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach. By testing, learning, and iterating on strategies, you will contribute to the company’s commercial growth and outreach effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute outbound campaigns targeting procurement teams and decision-makers in industrial and manufacturing markets.
  Run multi-variant experiments with calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to optimize engagement and conversion.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

• Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics to improve results.

• Take responsibility for the effectiveness of your campaigns and continuously improve strategies.
