🌍 The Opportunity
We are recruiting SDRs on behalf of international ventures and sales organizations that typically operate in the tech-industry.
You’ll operate inside an international B2B sales environment, working with:
Large, established tech companies
Senior decision-makers
Proven outbound sales frameworks
High expectations and real accountability
This role is designed for people who want to build a serious global sales career, not just “do Call-Center work”.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
As an SDR, you will own the top of the sales funnel and act as the first commercial touchpoint for enterprise prospects.
You will:
Research and map enterprise accounts and decision-makers
Run high-quality outbound campaigns (cold calls, email, LinkedIn)
Qualify leads against strict ICP and value-fit criteria
Book high-intent meetings for Account Executives
Work inside a modern CRM with disciplined reporting
Continuously refine messaging with sales & marketing teams
Develop deep exposure to enterprise tech, SaaS, and B2B sales best practices

Competitive base salary: R20,000 – R60,000 per month (based on experience & performance dependent)
