Job Overview

Your role

As a Growth Marketer, you are responsible for accelerating the international growth of Ship2Port within the maritime sector. You actively contribute to building a scalable digital ecosystem where marketing, sales and product come together and reinforce each other.

You translate complex port processes and supply chain challenges into sharp value propositions and strong, accessible content. You focus heavily on social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, X and relevant niche channels) to generate reach, engagement and high-quality leads.

You develop and run a strong YouTube channel as part of our growth strategy, with content such as explainers, customer cases, demos and thought leadership. In doing so, you position Ship2Port as an innovative and visible player in the market.

From campaigns to funnels, and from content to conversion: you build and optimise a data-driven growth engine where marketing and sales work seamlessly together. You continuously experiment, focus on results and directly contribute to scaling Ship2Port.

You are hands-on, energetic and externally focused. You spot opportunities, test quickly and know how to activate target audiences. You work closely with Sales and Product to maximise impact.

What will you do?

  • Set up, test and scale lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google, email)
  • Strengthen and refine our positioning and value proposition within the maritime sector
  • Build, optimise and automate funnels and conversion flows across multiple channels
  • Continuously experiment with new propositions, messaging and campaigns per target group (terminals, shipping lines, agents, etc.)
  • Enable sales by ensuring a constant flow of high-quality leads, content and campaigns that convert
  • Create impactful content yourself:
    • Short-form videos and formats for social media (with a focus on LinkedIn and YouTube)
    • Build and grow our YouTube channel as a structural growth channel
    • Infographics and visuals (e.g. port processes and supply chains)
    • Blogs, customer cases and thought leadership articles
    • Press releases and PR content
  • Organise and scale (international) webinars and online events
  • Actively contribute to international marketing initiatives and events (trade shows, maritime conferences)
  • Analyse data, translate insights and continuously optimise for performance and ROI
  • Use AI tools smartly for content creation, automation and rapid experimentation
  • Collaborate with external specialists and partners to scale faster
