You will launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that attract the right traders and fuel our growth. Your work will drive measurable results, support strategic decisions across growth and product teams, and ensure we show up with clarity, speed, and consistency across every paid channel - from Google Search to Meta Ads.

1. Build and Launch a Profitable Paid Ads Engine
Establish a high-performing and scalable paid advertising system that delivers measurable business results within the first 90 days.
โธ Audit existing assets and performance (if applicable) to set a baseline.
โธ Design and implement a paid ads roadmap within 30 days.
โธ Launch and optimize ad campaigns across key platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
โธ Achieve a profitable CAC-to-LTV ratio across priority channels.
โธ Align messaging and offers with target trader personas and markets.
โธ Maintain compliance with ad policies and ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and transparency standards.
2. Deliver Data-Driven Reporting and Clear Communication
Establish full visibility into ad performance and communicate insights consistently to drive smart decisions and alignment across teams.
โธ Build automated dashboards for key metrics (e.g., CAC, CTR, ROAS, LTV, CPL).
โธ Share weekly performance updates with recommendations and next steps.
โธ Flag underperformance early and propose immediate corrective actions.
โธ Partner with Analytics and Growth teams to integrate ad data into companywide reporting frameworks.
โธ Ensure clarity and responsiveness in all stakeholder communications, especially during rapid iteration phases.
3. Scale Growth Through Strategic Experimentation and Systems Building
Drive continuous improvement by experimenting, documenting, and systematizing everything to support rapid scale and long-term impact.
โธ Run structured A/B tests for targeting, creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
โธ Test acquisition strategies in different global regions and audience segments.
โธ Collaborate with Design, Content, and Product teams to refine user journeys and conversion flows.
โธ Create a living paid ads playbook within 3 months, summarizing all learnings, best practices, and reusable templates.
โธ Prepare the paid strategy to support a 25โ40% quarterly user growth goal and future team expansion.

โธ 2โ4 years of experience managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube), ideally in fintech or digital platforms
โธ Proven experience managing paid ads for a well-established company in a full-time Paid Ads Manager role.
โธ Skilled in optimizing CAC, ROAS, CTR, and scaling profitable ad funnels
โธ Fast-paced tester โ comfortable launching and iterating on multiple campaigns monthly
โธ Data-driven with strong reporting and dashboarding habits
โธ Collaborative and clear communicator across growth, content, and design
