We are looking for a professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidate to take up the full-time position of Receptionist (Office Management Coordinator) to support our well-established PSI Prague office.
As the ideal candidate, you have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and act as the voice and face of the company. You will ensure that our colleagues, suppliers and visitors receive the highest level of service.
The scope of your responsibilities will include:
- Greet and register visitors, receive incoming calls and handle incoming inquiries and couriers
- Liaise with vendors, support services and company departments on various matters pertaining to office management and office set-up
- Manage office supplies, equipment and facilities services
- Organize business trips, meetings and team events
- Log and sort mail, coordinate shipments
- Provide secretarial support, prepare reports and minutes of meetings
- Assist with photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Provide ad hoc administrative help
