Job Overview
- Monitor the performance of tires sold to customers to ensure that the product operates according to the specified standards and customer expectations
- Assess and evaluate tire performance in the field, including wear resistance, grip, comfort, and other technical aspects.
- Interact with suppliers and tire manufacturers to ensure product quality and compliance with standards, and support technical teams and customer service in handling any tire-related inquiries or issues
- Provide, identify and resolve technical complaints with solutions to customers tire-related problems such as uneven wear, leaks, or damage caused by environmental factors
- Gather feedback and relevant data to recommend improvements or innovations for tire products to the product development team
- Provide technical training to sales staff and customers regarding proper tire usage, maintenance, and benefits
