Exciting opportunity to join PureGym as a Facilities Technician!
Our Facility Management team keeps PureGym clubs across Switzerland safe, operational and ready for members every day. Working closely with Club Management, internal colleagues and external suppliers, we coordinate maintenance, repairs, compliance activities and continuous improvements across a growing national club portfolio. As Facility Management Technician, you will be a key field-based member of the team, with a primary focus on the Romandie and regular assignments in French-speaking Switzerland. The role involves daily travel between club locations.
As our Facilities Technician, you will provide hands-on technical support to PureGym clubs, primarily across French-speaking Switzerland and partly in German-speaking Switzerland, ensuring safe, functional and well-maintained facilities through repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections and technical troubleshooting.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Carry out minor repairs to Fitness equipment, doors, sanitary installations, furniture, changing rooms, showers and general club areas
Complete preventive maintenance, technical troubleshooting and regular club inspections
Process and update work orders in the digital ticketing system (ServiceChannel)
Identify defects and escalate recurring or safety-critical issues
Inspect and document portable electrical appliances after appropriate training and authorisation
Support checks relating to water hygiene, emergency lighting, fire safety, escape routes and operational safety
Coordinate smaller supplier visits and review completed works on site
Support new openings, refurbishments, technical handovers and smaller projects
Transport tools, spare parts and smaller materials between clubs
Maintain the company vehicle, tools, testing devices and stock responsibly
