THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Analyst to support the G&A organization from our Prague Finance Hub, with a focus on Corporate Functions finance. As a key member of the G&A Finance team, this role will serve as a strategic partner to Facilities and G&A leadership, bringing financial rigor, transparency, and forward-looking insight across operating expenses, capital investments, and a complex global real estate portfolio.
This individual will own OPEX and CAPEX governance, lease portfolio analytics, and monthly close, forecast cycles, annual plan, ensuring disciplined financial execution and predictable outcomes across G&A. Beyond core reporting, the role will deliver advanced spend modeling, contract and lease economics analysis, and scenario planning to inform footprint strategy, functional investment decisions, and long-range planning.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytically rigorous self-starter with strong communication and advanced modeling capabilities. By streamlining reporting, building scalable dashboards, and enhancing financial visibility, this Senior Finance Analyst will empower Facilities and Corporate Function leaders to make confident, data-driven decisions aligned with margin optimization, capital efficiency, and long-term business objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive Strategic Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain integrated financial models covering CapEx, lease accounting, facilities rent and CAM, and operating spend. Quantify the three-statement impact of investment and real estate decisions to support disciplined cost management, capital efficiency, and cash flow optimization. Provide visibility into the financial overview by site. Develop a centralized data lake to serve as a single source of truth for various analyses
- Lead Operational Automation: Revolutionize our reporting ecosystem by leveraging SQL, Snowflake, Python, and AI technologies to automate manual workflows, ensuring our financial processes are scalable and integrated across multiple platforms
- Direct Expense & Capital Strategy: Own the full lifecycle of CapEx and OpEx management, balancing expense targets based on current and future long range plans
- Enable Cross-Functional Decisions: Serve as a Finance business partner cross functional to Facilities, Corp Finance, BU Finance, and Cost Accounting, to support leasing agreements, maintain budget oversight, accurately reflect contract terms in financial models, and ensure adherence to purchase order governance
- Planning and Orchestration: Ability to plan and lead multiple timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment across facilities lease renewals and critical dates, while maintaining the regular cadence of financial planning, forecasting, close processes, and financial presentations
WHAT YOU BRING
- Education & Foundation Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Cost Accounting, General Ledger (GL) accounting, or data analytics roles.
- Analytical Storytelling: You possess a mastery of financial modeling and the ability to synthesize massive datasets from tools like Snowflake, SQL, or Tableau into compelling narratives that drive executive action.
- Strategic FP&A Expertise: You have a proven track record of navigating complex business-facing finance roles, specifically in designing investment frameworks or sales-incentive models within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Systems Agility: You are highly proficient in leveraging enterprise-level financial tools (such as Anaplan, SAP, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced spreadsheet functions to build scalable, automated reporting solutions.
- Collaborative Leadership: You are a self-starter who excels at managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously while building strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional global stakeholders.
- Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
