THE ROLE
As a Senior HR Operations Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the operational backbone of our EMEA region. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our employee experience is seamless, compliant, and empowered by world-class technology, directly supporting our mission to scale our operations effectively.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and own EMEA employee life-cycle processes, utilizing Workday and ServiceNow to ensure operational precision and full regional compliance.
- Analyze complex process challenges to identify root causes and implement scalable, automated solutions that improve service delivery.
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert, translating intricate policy and system logic into clear, actionable guidance for the regional workforce.
- Partner across HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, and Technology to lead UAT and system enhancements that bridge global strategy with local statutory requirements.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Deep proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, with a proven ability to interpret data and drive operational insights.
- Advanced analytical capabilities to turn raw HR data into narratives that inform decision-making and process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex regional HR landscapes and managing sensitive employee/manager inquiries with integrity and judgment.
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to bridge cross-functional gaps and communicate effectively across diverse global teams.
