Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and development of museum projects focused on cultural assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s long-term goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including curators, designers, and architects to create engaging and educational exhibits.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify cultural narratives and community interests that inform the development of the museums.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality cultural facilities.
- Engage with local artists, cultural organizations, and community stakeholders to develop exhibitions and programs that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Ensure all developments comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the executive team to highlight project milestones, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, Cultural Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10-12 years of experience in cultural asset development, with a strong background in museum project management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse project teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Adept at conducting market research and analysis to inform cultural programming.
- Experience in fundraising and grant writing for cultural projects.
