Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Project Manager Arena Development. As a Senior Project Manager - Arena Development, you will play a critical role in managing the development of one of our sport real estate projects, contributing to the delivery of innovative and world-class entertainment and sports destinations in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a results-oriented professional who has a strong understanding of the real estate industry, along with excellent project management and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting the delivery of large-scale arena or stadium projects, along with a deep knowledge of market trends and regulations for venues.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end development process of an arena development project, from concept to completion
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, construction, legal, and finance to ensure successful project execution
• Support feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling
• Identify and assess potential risks, track risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Coordinate and manage processes with external stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and local authorities
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues, document and track key actions and report on project status to senior management
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate development
• Support the communication within the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Manage and prepare monthly reports for presentation to the project control group

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or Architecture (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven track record of at least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development (Experience in KSA desirable)
• Experience in supporting all stages of planning, development and delivery of a state-of-the-art arena or stadium project
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, regulations, and best practices for sports- und entertainment venues
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Arabic language proficiency desirable but not mandatory
