Director of Delivery - Residential (RES7)

Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Director of Delivery - Residential projects. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of residential developments within these districts, ensuring that all projects align with our vision for providing exceptional living experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of residential projects in Districts 2 and 3, from initial planning stages to final delivery.
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies that maximize quality, efficiency, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Work collaboratively with architects, designers, and construction teams to translate vision into practical outcomes that meet market expectations.
• Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain compliance with project goals.
• Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability in accordance with industry best practices.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the project delivery team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is advantageous)
• At least 10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in the residential sector
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of managing large-scale residential developments
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to ensure effective monitoring and reporting
