This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations within our commercial office projects, ensuring excellence in design, execution, and sustainability.

In this role, you will be charged with directing MEP project teams, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that adhere to our quality standards and project timelines. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems within commercial office projects.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and project partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and budget assessments for MEP systems.
  • Implement best practices in energy efficiency and sustainability in all MEP projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for MEP-related communications with stakeholders and upper management.

Requirements

  • 10-15 relevant years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems design and construction in commercial settings.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and time constraints.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest MEP technologies and sustainable practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
