OBJECTIVE
Maintain good relations with clients and coordinate work efficiently to ensure high levels of service quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer consultation services from both call and e-mails.
提供电话/电邮的咨询服务
- Provide price quotations, register the information of samples according to the information received and answer any queries clients may have
提供报价,订单信息注册/录入以及解答客户疑问
- Work with different department to make sure all orders are completed on time, and clients are kept up to date on the status of their order;
各部门协调合作,确保订单按时完成,并确保客户及时了解订单状态 - Handle ad-hoc assignment as required and finish other tasks assigned by manager/leader on time and meet requirements
处理临时分配的工作,按时按要求完成经理/负责人安排的其他工作
