Job Overview

Job Description 

As a Business Development Representative at QIMA, your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Develop and maintain an objective and comprehensive sales strategy.

  • Maintain, manage and grow existing accounts.

  • Recover former/lost accounts.

  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects periodically.

  • Report weekly to the BDM and commercial director.

  • Prepare and deliver company services presentations.

  • Negotiate and close service proposals aimed to fulfill customer’s needs.

  • Coordinate with other team members and departments the setup of new customers accounts.

  • Closely monitor the performance of all accounts aiming to assure customer satisfaction and service recurrence.

  • Maintain a close communication and develop strong relationships with all customers to seek new business opportunities aligned with company’s service offer.

  • Follow up and manage all sales activities in company´s CRM system following the sales strategy.

The talent recruited will report directly to the BDM and Sales Manager.
